We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Junior Infrastructure Operations Engineer.

What you should know about our team: We are a group of professionals working together to achieve a common goal. What you will do:

As a Junior Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you’ll join a team you can always rely on for feedback and continuous professional growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with suppliers, vendors, data centers, customers
  • Administrative work in ERP and DCIM systems
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of server equipment installed in the data center
  • Be part of infra ops incident management efforts


We expect you to have:

  • 2 years experience in IT
  • English language at a business level
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of server architecture and PC hardware elements
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Good network knowledge (network devices, IP, DNS, gateway, MAC address, ping, ifconfig, traceroute, etc.)
  • Basic Unix/Linux administration experience
  • Ability to independently find solutions to problems
  • Ability to manage your time and multitask

 

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of HP, DELL, Supermicro, Arista, Cisco, APC equipment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP)
  • Deep understanding of the operation of network and server equipment, data center infrastructure
  • Experience writing scripts in BASH/Python
  • Desire to automate routine tasks
  • Vendor and/or network certification (CCNA, LPIC etc)
